Well- Its ten long years that the streetboard revolution has been going.  Myself and Stef first ran a Streetboard Magazine back in 199, the first REAL worlds were in 2000, alot has happened.  We got a few who could be bothered to write in with their best memories from the last decade.

This is our present to you- we’re not religious so forget Christmas, we are sentimental however.

Sorry if its not as visually pleasing as it should be, its New Years Eve and I have to wash my Hair….. Happy New Year people…

A while back we reported on the new company Tilt Wheels. Well it seems the boys are readying themselves for a full scale launch. It has been a while since Streetboarding had a dedicated wheel company and it’s exciting to see the industry grow. We caught up with Axel, the big jefe at Tilt wheels.

“The idea behind tiltwheels is, that it’s often kind of difficult for Streetboarder to find good Wheels. Most of the Skateboard wheels are too small, expensive or just not available. Since HPT is almost gone, there is no streetboard wheel company on the market. Therefore tiltwheels will produce Wheels form 56-60mm which most of the riders should like. The first wheel will be 58mm/100a and will be available at the beginning of January 2010.”

Tilt will line up with an impressive team, featuring Cristian Dedeu van den Berg, Chris Rieche, Thomas Kienle and Nils Rehkop.  We want to wish them the best of luck with their future.  Now if you are a Streetboarder, go and support them as that is the only way it will grow.
